Revamping a Hospital Cafeteria Kitchen
When approached by a major hospital, SHINELONG took on the challenge of redesigning their cafeteria kitchen to enhance food safety and streamline operations. Our design included separate zones for food preparation, cooking, and serving, minimizing cross-contamination risks. We implemented high-quality, easy-to-clean materials and advanced cooking equipment, which significantly improved the kitchen’s hygiene standards. The new design not only met health regulations but also created a more pleasant dining environment for patients and visitors.
