With the passion for food and his experience of helping out in his parents’ factory which manufactures stainless steel products, the founder Jean Yang was get inspired and would like to join into the foodservice industry. While studying in France, he was exposed to more about the industry. After came back to China, Jean set up a shop in Guangzhou selling wholesale products.
In 2008 he started the company Guangzhou Shinelong Kitchen Equipment Co.,Ltd, a commercial foodservice equipment supplier in an innovation park in Guangzhou, China. At the same time, a small stainless steel workshop was set up to focus on customized equipment for restaurants and hotels.
From humble beginning, Shinelong grows rapidly and gradually provides integrated kitchen solutions to food service places. In 2012 Shinelong completed the head office showroom in Guangzhou. Well arranged kitchen area giving a unique experience for customers, allowing them to browse at a relaxed pace in a visually stunning environment.
In 2014 our own brand FURNOTEL was registered and started to create its own lines of cooking equipment and refrigeration equipment.
New branch opened in Dubai. Shinobal, A Dubai-based company with fully functions of purchasing, storage, distribution, technology support and after-sales services.
Up to 2018, Shinelong has been provided integrated finishing solution to more than 2000 food service providers in over 120 countries and regions.
In 2020, our first restaurant, Atelier Des Sens, was officially opened. It is an interactive space integrating culinary exchanges, equipment experiences, and cultural and art exhibitions.
In 2022, in order to further meet the needs of customers and promote the development of the company Guangzhou Shinelong Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd, we were moved into a new office
