As the upcoming vibrant economy hotel of 2026, Ibis Lagos Lekki is set to establish a new iconic spot in Nigeria. Located in the prime areas of Lagos, 120 comfortable rooms allow guests to enjoy the ultimate accommodation during their journey. Featuring a 3-floor functional commercial kitchen, this energy hospitality destination is able to provide consistent food service to cover a variety of dining requirements. Whether guests want a casual, homey dish, a relaxed atmosphere at the bar, or a conference and social gatherings, Ibis Lagos Lekki is ready to cover it all.
Ibis Lagos Lekki broke ground in 2021 and the 3-story kitchen construction was completed in 2025. From professional consultation at the beginning to full kitchen design, supplying a complete line of equipment covering every specific functional area through to on-site installation, SHINELONG worked closely with this vibrant hospitality destination throughout the entire process. Hosting a wide range of food services, from all-day dining to bar parties, banquets to conference catering and more, while delivering consistent results within a limited time, is no small challenge for the back of the house. To be honest, handling such diverse cooking tasks in one place is absolutely impossible without a smart layout. Therefore, after multiple discussions with chefs and operators, SHINELONG provided the customized solution based on the service requirements of each floor.



The first-floor kitchen is a fully equipped facility designed to serve all-day dining from breakfast to dinner, bakery production, and catering. The flexible room service meals are all prepared on the second floor, while the third floor houses the open restaurant, including an open kitchen and light cooking area. Every floor is able to focus on its main task without interruption.
Considering the batch cooking and massive preparation demands, whether for 120 guest rooms or a 500-seat banquet hall, SHINELONG placed productive tools on the cooking line such as 900 series tilt skillets, combi ovens, multi-layer deck ovens, and commercial ranges.
