Description
Run an entire menu from a single station with the Furnotel 750 Luxe Series Electric 6-Hot Plate Cooker with Oven.
Six Φ225mm heating plates deliver a combined 19.8kW of power on a 380V connection, giving crews the room to run large pots side by side without crowding the line. An EGO thermostat holds a precise 100 to 300℃ temperature range across every plate, backed by constant temperature control and 400℃ over-temperature protection for safe, reliable operation. Below the cooktop, a built-in oven with a 304 stainless steel inner cavity and a grill rack lets chefs finish, roast, or hold dishes without needing a separate station. The seamless stretch-formed countertop leaves no crevices for grease, keeping cleanup fast between services.
