A 22-liter oil tank delivers a combined 12kW of heat, with a built-in cold zone that keeps crumbs from burning and oil cleaner for longer between filter cycles. The refractory stainless steel heat shield withstands high temperatures shift after shift, while a self-contained filter oil tank makes daily filtering fast and simple. An over-temperature protection device automatically cuts off heating at 235℃, keeping operation safe without constant monitoring. The seamless stretch-formed countertop leaves no crevices for grease, keeping cleanup easy and hygienic.
